caribbean cruise hurricane season

caribbean cruise hurricane season
This is tropical holiday worth taking?

is the 50th anniversary of my father and we wanted to go somewhere tropical. it would August, which may be a difficult issue is the hurricane season. We visited most islands in the Caribbean Cruise and / or simply stay in the resorts. Does anyone have any good places to go? may suggest a hotel or would it a good place to go, Former Bahamas. I'd like to go to the Cayman Islands! money wise, normally we do not worry too much about money, but this summer we must go to 3 weddings! so that could call for more feasible vacation this summer, then yes, ANY THOUGHTS?

I can not think of Barbados as a good destination. It is basically outside the hurricane belt. ABC islands (Aruba, Bonaire, Curacao) is outside the hurricane belt. You can also give Trinidad and Tobago, a shot, too. It depends if you want an all inclusive or not. If you want the nightlife. If Casino is a must or not. What are your interests. Barbados does not offer casino but they have great nightlife. Aruba casinos offers in hotels as far as I know. Barbados duty free shop, even in places Cave Shepherd located mainly in the capital, Bridgetown – some expensive, prices of some prices were not bad although you may find cheaper. Also there Oistins where locals and tourists go every weekend on Friday and / or Saturday. It's about music, dance and food! Water activities include swimming with turtles it may well be expensive, it is also jet ski (if lucky, free of charge) and scuba diving.
